The Operations Center can give you the most current information on IATAN products and services, fees or procedures:

Faxes

Fax transmissions are accepted for many of IATAN's products and services. Please allow normal processing time for all correspondence sent by fax. (In emergency situations, telephone for specific instructions to ensure proper handling. Note: additional processing charges may be applicable in these situations.)

Mail

To expedite the delivery of mail between the U.S. and Canada, the IATAN Operations Center has a post office box in Plattsburgh, NY. This is strictly a mail drop location. There are no IATAN personnel at this post office location - only U.S. post office personnel. Therefore, please do not call there seeking information. Call the numbers listed above.

Courier or Certified Mail

When documents are sent by courier companies, certified, or by any other commercial delivery service, including Federal Express, UPS, Airborne Express, etc. requiring a signature for receipt, use the following address and phone number:

When corresponding with IATAN, it is helpful to indicate the specific department (such as New Applications, Change of Ownership, Registration Services, Travel Agent ID Card, etc.) and to quote your IATA numeric code if one has been assigned.

Specific information on the status of pending endorsement applications and changes to an existing IATAN endorsed agency can only be obtained from the Operations Center.
